Return & Return Form

Consumers have the right to cancel or return orders under the following conditions. For the purposes of this policy, "consumer" means any natural person acting primarily outside of their trade, business, or profession.

A. Right of Cancellation and Return

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (E-mail: info@ezyvac.de) clearly by sending a statement (e.g., a letter by postal mail or email) stating your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding your decision to cancel the contract before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard costs of delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive method of delivery than our offered standard shipping), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the initial transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Return Instructions (Recommended)

  • Please avoid damage or contamination of the items. Return the items, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.

  • If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against potential transport damage.

  • Do not send items back to us with postage due.
